Field Notes

Right now I am focusing on my studies, again, so there has not been much time to work on my ongoing projects.

But when I have some time, I am working on a simple Attendance app. I won't be posting it as a separate project because I am building it mostly with Claude.

It's not a project which I really want to do, it just happens to be quite a necassary because I am moving in December to new City and I will be mostly working remotely.

Thus I have decided to 'build' this, so I can have a nice overview of my working hours, holidays, overtimes etc + I can export it to Excel and send it to HR so they know my work hours.

It's not anything fancy, just a simple project and once again I don't want to take the credit for it, because I heavily used AI for it.

It has one benefit though. It took me about one week to finish and I was 'working on it' only for one weekend + few hours during the week.

I have decided that I want to use Vercel for 'hosting' it and Supabase as database entry because I want it to be accesible to more users if needed and I don't want to pay for another domain

The ESP32 miraculously emerged from the another dimension - it was under one of the monitor!

I was very surprised. I moved my monitor a bit to adjust its postition and then I noticed there is something under it. What a pleasant surprise when I took it out and it was the ESP!

Of course I was looking everywhere at desk and I assumed it fell into the bin but no. It was under the monitor the whole time.

Silly me...

Somewhere between cleaning my desk at work and arranging monitors, one of my ESP32 boards disappeared.

I looked everywhere. Nothing.

The ESP32 has officially entered another dimension.

And the worst thing is that it was one of the new ESP32 S3 and it has been already uploaded with Monbit version!

I just realised that I noticed it is gone on Monday. Since then, nothing new.
